Assessments help you chart the competencies, talents and growth potential of (future) employees. On the basis of our reports you are able to make informed decisions about the suitability of internal and external candidates. We give you a clear picture of candidates’ potential for development and the kind of training or coaching this may require. H+C offers a range of assessment methods, some of which are our own in-house developments. The objective: the right person in the right position.

    To chart a person’s personality, motivation, competencies and career perspectives in relation to a specific position, department or organization. The outcome is a tailored development recommendation.
  • Management development assessment or High Potential assessment
    To chart the talents and growth potential of high potentials and managers. The outcome: a tailored career and development recommendation. 

  • TOP assessment / Innovative Leadership Assessment
    To chart a person’s ability to act as a strategic leader who is able to inspire, stimulate and drive a transformation in line with pre-defined targets. The outcome: a tailored development recommendation in combination with additional coaching. These last two methods were designed in-house by H+C, especially for group assessments.
