We are open and honest in our feedback to you. Escalation of situations is not our objective, but if we feel coaching is not enough to resolve a situation we will say so. Shadow coaching is a method we can apply in situations where we need to observe and guide a person in his or her work environment. Always keeping in mind the purpose of the coaching process we observe patterns of behavior. This results in a profound insight into the impact of specific behaviors on co-workers, and enables us to make tailored recommendations for further improvement. 

Regardless of the chosen method, a coaching programme consists of 6 to 8 monthly sessions.
