Training important skills

We know people will change only if they see a need for it. We understand that they can change only if it feels safe. This is why, whatever the change, we always make sure to have a thorough understanding of the organization and what it wants to achieve. Is the objective to strengthen specific skills? To strengthen the effective collaboration or the ability to handle challenges and conflict situations? H+C offers tailored workshops and training programmes to stimulate individual leadership and teams’ ability to take ownership of challenges – always aiming to achieve lasting results.

 

Training is about practice and experience. This makes it clear where further development is needed and opens up the mind for change. The objectives of the organization are the starting point, as therein lies the reason to develop new professional skills. Next, we set up a training scheme on the basis of one or several methods, aimed at specific employees or teams. We may bring in actors to engage employees in role-play or to play out specially written scenes that recreate relevant workplace situations. Through the interaction with these actors, employees are able to experience the situations they are trying to create. This way, training is fun! 

Unique in our training portfolio is the programme ‘Result-oriented collaboration in network organizations’, an in-house development by H&C. Through many successfully completed projects we have learned that this is a crucial skill for any successful organization. 

We also have ample experience in training managers to successfully apply the full performance cycle of appraisal, target-setting and development interviews. 

We use innovative methods to deepen and strengthen the development of teams and individuals, as well as the effectiveness of your organization. Individual goals and the objects of the organization go hand in hand.
