How to find the right people for the right positions, for the sake of both the organization and the individual? H+C helps you select the best candidates. But before we start the search for talent in our wide professional network we make a thorough analysis of job requirements and related competencies, based on the mission, strategy and culture of your organization. Our goal: to find the right candidates for your organization. Do they have the drive and talent that suit your needs? Once we’re convinced we have a likely match we introduce you to our choice of candidates. 

We use assessments to determine candidates’ skills and potential for growth. If you prefer, we can also join you in the interviews until you are certain you’ve found the perfect match.
